MaxLinear GPIO Expanders & Ethernet Bridges
MaxLinear GPIO Expanders and Ethernet Bridges can add Ethernet to systems with an available USB port. The devices are designed for embedded and industrial applications where space is at a premium. These bridges pack functionality like I2C master, up to 32GPIOs and 4 UARTs, and RS-485 half-duplex control into small QFN packages. To simplify development, MaxLinear’s USB bridging products work with standard software drivers in Windows, Linux, Android, and Max OS X. MaxLinear’s I2C/SMBus and SPI GPIO expanders add up to 16 general-purpose I/O pins and offer enhanced features and functionality.Features
